I’m not sure why I continue to torture myself in this manner, but I’ve decided to take the Megabus to Chicago to attend a friend’s birthday celebration (woo-hoo!).

Long bus rides are not my idea of a good time, but it beats driving: Tamia + long distance drive in unfamiliar territory = road rage of the highest degree. Plus, I’d inevitably get lost. Like, stuck in the middle of a cornfield in Arkansas lost. Yes, even with the GPS and Google maps. That’s just how I roll.

I promise to fulfill my blogger duties and boost the economy by shopping as much as Visa will allow.  Any recommendations for must-see Chi-town shopping?
