You dont have to watch Dynasty

This gorgeous dress was given to me by a former co-worker who understood my love for vintage. Apparently, she wore it in her heyday in the 80’s, which seems entirely appropriate given the cut and draping. It reminds me of the amazing fashions worn on Dynasty–I feel like I should be battling it out with another shoulder pad-clad rich bitch in front of the Carrington mansion!

Dress and bracelets, vintage; necklace and ring, Forever21; shoes, Nine West

I found this in the bag of “take to Goodwill” goodies when I started cleaning my closet (I say started because I’m still not finished. Boo.)

Hmmm…am I an Alexis or a Krystle? Can you believe I almost gave this dress away? WTH was I thinking?
