Work // Cincinnati Wedding Spring Issue

Cincinnati fashion stylist blog

Several months worth of scouting and shopping and shooting came together in the gorgeous new issue of Cincinnati Wedding! This is our first-ever budget issue, so I pulled wedding dresses (and wedding jumpsuits) from everywhere–including Target–and they’re all under $1,300.

Cincinnati fashion stylist blog

1. Touching up makeup on set at Obscura.

2. There was A LOT of wedding cake left over after the cake toppers shoot! We wound up giving away (um, and eating) huge hunks of rich, buttery goodness.

3. Racks on racks of wedding dresses for the “Love is Grand” shoot.

4. Cover girl Julia on set at Annette Navarro’s studio.

There are shoots with props, a party shoot at Obscura (adult beverages included), tips for a wood nymph-inspired wedding, and home decor for every style.

ALSOOOO, I had the opportunity to profile ten of the very young, very talented designers who’ll be showing their collections in the DAAP Fashion Show on Friday. The series is running all week on the Cincinnati Magazine Style Scout blog so follow along and check it out!

Wait … Target sells wedding dresses? Do they come with the bullseye on them? 😛

I was surprised too, but then again it’s Target…of COURSE they sell wedding dresses!
