I love the boldness of heels with shiny silver ankle cuffs; Andre is a trip and a half, but his one-liners and ostentatious capes never fail to amuse; My hyper-organized side is seriously coveting this checklist stamp; The cover of Nabokov’s Lolita gets a lacy type treatment; A pop of yellow in a neutral room seems just right; This still life is so calm and lovely that it makes me want to (try to) do
A few weeks ago, I was asked to participate in the Symphonic Stylings fashion show on behalf of NVISION vintage boutique in Northside. I happily obliged by hamming it up all over the runway in a haze of wannabe Sasha Fierce-ness.
It’s completely contrary to my nature to be that close to that many beautiful clothes without obsessing over SOMETHING, so after seeing this gorgeous matador-print skirt swish down the runway, I had to have it.
