We knew it was coming; it was just so sudden. Looming on the editorial calendar, between the Fall issue of Cincinnati Wedding and the October monthly and lord only knows how many custom projects, was Cincinnati SHOPS, the magazine’s first publication dedicated to fashion and shopping from the perspective of young creatives truly living the Queen City lifestyle.

Every now and then, something you’ve always wanted to happen actually happens, and you get to run around Saks like a wild-eyed fashion fiend, feverishly grabbing luxurious designer clothes and shoes and bags without even bothering to look at the price tag. A few years ago, FriendBoy (remember him?) moved to Poland and I promised to visit someday. Well, someday happened last week and I have to say, it was the best trip EVER.
Wandering the hallowed halls of Wroclaw University; the city is dotted with amusing little gnome statues; running through Market Square; my super-modern apartment; trying the local brew (beer is gross, so it was terrible)
My apartment in Wroclaw was in the ‘hood, but the flat
