I'm freelance, so I usually pitch an idea or concept for a shoot,
I'm still working on adding color to my wardrobe, and right now I seem to be obsessed with bright bottoms like this red skirt and those green jeans. I'm pretty proud of myself for (mostly) sticking to my palette!

I've wanted a pair of bright green pants forever, and the after-Christmas sales seemed like just the time to buy a pair.

Why green in particular? No idea, except that I like the way the color pops in a not-so-in-your-face way (as compared to, say, red) when paired with black and white. Hey, at least they're not gray!
I've been searching for a reasonably work-appropriate leather skirt, lamenting all the skirts I've loved and passed on buying before. Then it hit me--I already have a leather dress. Why not work with THAT?

A few days ago, a group of Cincinnati style bloggers and friends got together at Neon's for our (perhaps annual?) Holiday Style Bash!
