Memorial Day weekend usually marks the unofficial start of summer, and as such, is usually when I start pulling out my warm weather wardrobe. This year is a little dicey because I’m so busy doing other stuff–working on the 2nd issue of Style Sample Magazine, preparing for a business trip, gorging myself on fried foods at Taste of Cincinnati–but I figured I’d at least take inventory of what I have. Putting the final touches on the magazine! Here’s the cover: I’ve been such an absentee blogger lately. I promise I’ll change… Scout’s honor*! *Even though I never made it past Brownies. Seriously, camping? Outside? With bugs? Have we met?
This jumpsuit was yet another goodie I dug out of the trunk of my car. I want to sew some sparkly Michael Jackson-inspired patches on this sucker so badly. Just call me Maverick! Vintage jumpsuit and clutch, army surplus belt, Giuseppe Zanotti heels, Claire’s earrings. *Posts will be a little light this week since I’ll be working on the magazine. Cross your fingers for me!
